and they love us

Overall, it has been a very enriching experience. There has been continuous learning at each stage and the whole project has been structured very well, making it doable for everyone from distinct backgrounds. Weekly mentoring sessions were a great guide in the overall program as they certainly helped in giving a lot more clarity and direction.

Ritika Kanchi

NMIMS, Hyderabad

My internship experience has been great! I felt comfortable talking to my supervisor and my team and I communicated well between us. I was very impressed with the level of commitment from my supervisor and internship placement. Upon receiving my very first task, I could see that they were well-prepared and organized, and were ready to answer any of my questions and concerns. The most important tasks I was involved in were data collection, data analysis and report writing, and other skills that I learnt along the way included volunteering and teamwork. My internship experience went a long way in developing my time management and communication skills.

Akanksha Vairagi

D.G. Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce.

The KRG internship was a distinguished experience in itself. With the well planned structure and the step-by-step approach towards its completion, it succeeded in establishing a clear foundation of each of the sub-aspects before proceeding towards the next step. KRG gave me the opportunity to derive a deeper and a real world perspective of the FMCG industry and financial analysis, at a point of time, where the world is facing the Corona virus pandemic. They focused clearly on its impact on the various layers of the industry. This is an aspect I liked the most about the internship. KRG also gave me an opportunity to polish my leadership and communication skills. It helped to develop skills for working in a pandemic situation, where everything has to be coordinated online.

Most of the Companies offer training, what sets the KRG internship apart and introduces a new aspect?

"Great question. Allow me to illustrate what sets us apart and makes us truly unique. Our approach revolves around live business cases in the fields of Equity, Finance, and Business – a novel concept that few companies offer. We impart practical knowledge, guiding students through the entire process – from gathering primary and secondary data from reputable sources, to analysis and the application of diverse business frameworks that yield innovative, real-world solutions.

This internship is grounded in research, a crucial component in my opinion. Students not only grasp essential economic, industry, and market research concepts, but also delve into financial research. Importantly, this is a research-driven internship, offering insights into Economy, Industry, and Market research that are invaluable.

Our 8-week program is strictly research-focused, with no involvement in sales activities. KRG's partners and associates bring corporate exposure and profound business insights to the table. Industry experts share their wisdom, adding to the learning experience.

Moreover, the program hones soft skills – team-building in a virtual setting, presentation prowess, report-writing finesse, leadership abilities, and more. The experience also encourages peer-to-peer learning, while providing an opportunity to work under the guidance of an industry mentor."
